High protein cottage cheese queso is a creamy and flavorful dip perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, but recommended)
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, food processor, or with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast (if using). Blend again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve as is, or top with chopped green onions or salsa. Enjoy with tortilla chips, veggies, protein chips, or by the spoonful!
