Description

A delicious and safe-to-eat brownie batter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter, salted or unsalted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat treated
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the heat-treated flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
  5. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Let it come to room temperature before eating.

  • This batter is safe to eat raw.
  • Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amounts.
