Description

High protein cottage cheese queso is a creamy and flavorful dip perfect for snacks or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, food processor, or with an immersion blender until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast (if using). Blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve as is, or top with chopped green onions or salsa. Enjoy with tortilla chips, veggies, protein chips, or by the spoonful!
