Description
Delicious s’mores cookie bars with layers of cookie dough, chocolate, and marshmallow fluff.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened (salted or unsalted)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup graham crackers, finely crushed (about 3.5 sheets)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 5 standard Hershey bars
- 1 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and baking soda until just combined.
- Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan. Remove the parchment paper and place the layer in the freezer. Re-line the pan with parchment and press the remaining dough evenly.
- Arrange the chocolate bars over the bottom layer of cookie dough. Spread marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate.
- Carefully place the chilled cookie dough layer on top, pressing gently to keep it intact.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing to achieve a clean cross-section.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container for freshness.
- You can substitute chocolate bars with chocolate chips if preferred.
